We will share your information with any local church who you have asked us to help you (this is a question asked at referral). They will have their own data protection policies.
We will not share your information with any other organisation, except if we have a duty to disclose to comply with legal obligations, for example child safeguarding.
Where does your information go?
We do not keep any personal data on paper, or on computer hard drives locally. All our data is kept on a cloud database. This is verified to meet the requirements specified in ISO 27001 and European Union (EU) Model Clauses.
How long will we keep your information?
We will keep your information for up to 7 years, after which point it will be destroyed
